This light and moisturizing serum is designed to give your baggy eyes a lift by moisturizing and plumping the skin under your eyes. The caffeine helps to temporarily increase blood flow to the area where the serum is applied. The oils used have each been chosen for their superior abilities to moisturize, protect and repair the skin. *This product is designed for use on the skin UNDER your eyes only. Improper use, such as applying to your eyelids or the corners of your eyes could (will probably) result in caffeinated oil getting into your eyes. (It hurts)
